- Corporate client and owner liened by NJ Division of Taxation for over $300,000 (with interest) for excise tax. This firm instituted a lawsuit against the State in the New Jersey Tax Court. Result: State agrees proper assessment is $20,000, all inclusive. Certificates of Lien marked “Satisfied”. Client remains in business.
